Start a project
Three short steps to get us to a proposal, then four phases to get you to a finished building. You will always know which stage you are in and what it costs.
Tell us who you are, then choose the category and type of project that best represents your vision.
Tell us about your project, location, requirements, ideas and aspirations.
A member of the team can complete this with you. It usually includes a site visit and a meeting, online or in person.
Your details, brief and attachments will be emailed to our team, with a copy sent to your email address. Attach up to 5 reference images and a PNG logo, 4 MB each and 8 MB total.
Our design team reviews your requirements, carries out initial research and develops a tailored project approach and proposal.
- 01We send you a draft proposal.
- 02If you ask to move forward, our legal advisor sends the final proposal — a scope-of-work breakdown with costs, plus a copy of the work order.
Signing the work order starts Phase 1, and the four phases below begin.
Your project journey
The professional fee is divided into four slots tied to real milestones. Select a phase to see what it delivers.
Site supervision. The 5% covers every visit across the design phases (Phase 1 and Phase 2). Conveyance is added per visit.
Quality assurance. The 10% in Phase 3 covers site supervision plus additional quality-assurance work. Conveyance is added per visit.
